Mon 08: afternoon arrivals & orientation, 6:30pm communal potluck snacks (sharing of small food items) @ Kitchen, 8pm Ice-Breaker Workshop @ Fireplace Room

Tue 09: 10am-2pm individual meetings with Facilitator in your studio (sign up sheet in kitchen), 5-9pm resident artist talks over communal potluck dinner @ Beacon Room (10-15mins ea.)

Wed 10: 2pm Zoom group meeting with Facilitator (to touch base on programming changes and get feedback), evening optional self-directed group trip to Aga Khan’s (free) Water exhibition (catch the 3:30pm Hanlans ferry then take the TTC, which will get you to the museum just after 5pm (directions)

Thu 11: 10am optional Zoom group meeting with Facilitator (to touch base on programming etc.), 6-9pm individual meetings with Facilitator via Zoom

Fri 12: 10am optional Zoom group meeting with Facilitator (for anyone who likes/needs)

Sat 13: 10am Zoom group meeting with Facilitator (for anyone who likes/needs), 11am-12:30pm Salty Dances workshop facilitated by Marianna Sfyridi (fusion of contemporary dance & capoeira)

Sun 14: morning optional waterfront exhibitions (walking distance from ferry terminal) Power Plant’s Drink from the River (walking directions – west of ferry dock), Westin Harbour Castle’s The Brotherhood FUBU (walking directions – near ferry dock), and Bayside’s Blurrrr, (walking directions – east of ferry dock), 4pm Steph Cloutier guest artist talk @ Zoom

Mon 15: 5pm optional Water Storytelling on Gibraltar Beach (facilitated by Teresa), 8pm optional movie night: available for viewing: Maji (2 mins), Olayiwola’s Water (trigger warning – 3 mins), Paani (8 mins), Tides (9 mins), Guardians of the River (14 mins), Salted Lake (13 mins), Whale Music (2 hours) @ Fireplace Room

Tue 16: 5-8pm optional resident artist open studios (Anders will come around to take social media photos of artists in their studios during this time)

Fri 19: 9am-noon (group 01) & 1-4pm (group 02) critiques & exhibition planning in artists’ studios (sign up sheet in kitchen, *artists only need to attend their own group’s crit, but are welcome to attend both), anytime exhibition set up (in studios & possible other locations)

Sat 20: anytime continued exhibition set up (Teresa will be available to support from 6-9pm)

Sun 21: 2-5pm exhibition / open studio @ studios & other available rooms

Mon 22: 1pm debrief workshop @ Beacon room, 6pm communal potluck dinner @ Back Lawn (or kitchen if bad weather)

Tue 23: morning check out
